The sign on process has changed in the following ways:

• Username and password are required on the first screen (the password had been on the 2nd screen)
• The 2nd screen will prompt you for an 8 digit code which will be sent to your phone or email
• Please note: the code is all numbers, no letters will be used
• The phone and/or email that was entered your "My Profile" page will be used
• You will be given the option to "remember this computer", which will remember your login for one month
• If you click "remember this computer" you not be required to re-enter the code for 30 days on this device
• If you do not click "remember this computer" you will be asked for this code every time
